知识经济时代 ,企业的竞争优势突出表现在掌握更多的知识产权。要求企业具有优强的创新能力与营销能力 ;而其中起关键作用的是人才。企业取得竞争优势应贯彻“哑铃”发展模式即 :加重科技砝码———创新是基础 ;加重市场砝码──营销是关键 ;
Businesses must posses more intellectual properties to gain their superiority. And the key role is played by talents in creating and marketing. The Dumbbell Model , namely, on one side, the base of it is science and technology; on the other, marketing , while the lever is the talents——human resources development.
