In the thesis, the author views that establishing a regular company administrative structure is the key to success of the reform of state-run enterprises and gives a theoretical analysis on the company administrative structure and expounds profoundly the problems existing in Chinese company administrative structure and their reasons. Finally, he offers some counter-measures to solve them.
