试论国有企业改革中“老三会”与“新三会”的关系处理

On dealing with the relations between old three committees and new three committees in state-owned enterprises reform

针对国有企业中“老三会”与“新三会”的矛盾 ,提出了可使二者协调发展的方法 ,即双向进入和否决制。

To deal with the conflicts between the old three committees and the new three committees in the course of state owned enterprises reform,two solutions are suggested to coordinate them—mutual entry and denial system .
