目前 ,一些地方农民抗缴“一税两费”的问题十分突出 ,不仅给农村工作带来很大困难 ,而且影响到农村的政治稳定和经济的健康发展。切实采取有效措施解决这一问题 ,具有十分重要的现实意义。通过调查 ,深刻分析了产生这一问题的原因 ,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的建议 ,以期对当前农村“一税两费”

Recently,the problem that peasants in some areas refusing to pay “one tax two fees”is very serious.It not only brings great difficulties to the countryside work,but also affects political stability and healthy development of the economy.The article deeply analyzes the reasons of this problem and puts forward suggestions in order to give some references to the retrieval work of “one tax two fees”.
