The coming 21st century is the age of knowledge economy and our institutions of higher learning are facing the challenge. We must set up the concept that education is the crucial strategic resource,so we must strengthen education reforms, cultivate students' innovative abilities and pay much attention to the all around education in order to push forword quality education in higher institutions.
