脱毒甘薯四级种薯(苗)生产程序及繁育供种体系探讨

甘薯是我国的主要粮食和经济作物 ,病毒病危害十分严重 ,茎尖分生组织培养培育脱毒甘薯是防治病毒病的有效途径。根据河南省脱毒甘薯种薯繁育和生产应用的实践 ,提出了甘薯脱毒试管苗、原原种、原种、良种四级生产程序和脱毒种薯 (苗 )分级的质量标准 ,同时介绍了脱毒甘薯的繁育供种体系及各级种薯 (苗 )

Sweetpotato is a staple food and economic crop in our country.Its virosis harm is extremely serious. Virus free sweetpotatos from tip meristem culture could prevent and control virosis effectively. According to applied practice of breeding and production in Henan,the paper put forward four stage production procedures(the virus free test tube seedling,foundation seed,registered seed,certified seed)and the grading quality standard of virus free sweetpotato seed.Moreover,its system of breeding and suppling and the production size and quantity of four stage seed were introduced.
