介绍我校《微生物学》实验内容及方法改革实践的基本情况 ,作者在实践教学中的体会 ,包括调整实验内容 ,加强实验准备 ,改革菌种保存方法 ,细菌标本皿和标本片制备和保存方法 ,充分利用实验材料节约实验经费等。

The paper introduces general situation about reform practice in experimental contents and methods of microbiology, and also learning from teaching practice including adjustment of experimental contents, intensification of experiment preparations, reform in preservation of microorganisms,preparation and storage of bacteria specimen plates and slides, saving expenses through fully utilizing experimental materials.
