The paper discussed the property of the bacterial manure, evaluated the standard of the microorganism manure, pointed out that “technology index of finished product “ couldn't evaluate and control the quality of the bacterial manure fully、reliably and effectively, and so put forward a proposal to set up a nationalmanagement bureau of fertiliter and pesticide as the bacterial manure quality management system.
