摘要 研究了温度和Ti含量对以Cu85 Ni15 、Cu70 Ni30 、Cu5 5 Ni45 合金为基的Cu Ni Ti合金在Si3N4上浸润性的影响。结果表明 ,随温度和钎料中Ti含量的上升 ,Cu Ni Ti钎料在Si3N4陶瓷上的浸润角减小 ,而随钎料中Ni含量的增加 ,钎料浸润性变差。分析认为 ,钎料在陶瓷上的浸润性不仅取决于活性组元与陶瓷之间反应的标准自由能变化ΔG0 ,还与活性组元在钎料中的存在状态有关。 Investigated the influences of the temperature and Ti content on the wettability of Si 3N 4 ceramic by Cu Ni Ti alloys, which used Cu 85 Ni 15 , Cu 70 Ni 30 and Cu 55 Ni 45 as the base braze metal. The results showed that the contact angles decreased with the increase of temperature and the titanium content in the braze, and raised with the increase of Ni content. It was considered that the wetting of ceramics by liquid metal depended not only on the standard free energy change of Δ G 0 of the reaction between the active element and ceramic, but on the existent state of the active element in the braze.
