摘要
针对内燃机进排气系统设计 ,把仿真计算、计算机建模、快速原型制造 (RapidPrototypeManu facture)技术和实验测试技术紧密结合起来 ,实现计算机辅助技术集成化 ,建立了内燃机进排气系统集成快速开发环境 ,并用于JL36 8Q汽油机进排气系统的改进设计中 ,设计出新型电控谐振进气系统。配机实验表明 ,采用上述方法 ,可提高设计的质量和一次成功率 ,缩短产品研制周期。
An integrated rapid development environment of I. C. engine intake/exhaust system is built up, the simulation calculation, 3D modeling, rapid prototype manufacture and tests are put into together, the integration of CAE/CAD/CAM/RP is realized. The development environment is used to design new electronic controlled resonated intake system for JL368Q S. I. engine. The results show that by the method in the paper design quality is improved , one time success rate is increased and product development time is reduced.
