This paper,on the basis of the natural preponderance of the shallow sea and the seabeach in Beihai,probes into the present situation and the problem on the breeding of the shallow sea and the seabeach,for the rational utilization and the development of the shallow sea and the seabeach,some suggestions are put forward.
