摘要
采用另一条合成路线 ,即以巴豆醛和丙酮为原料 ,先生成巴豆烯叉丙酮 ,再经氧化而得山梨酸。该法工艺要求低 ,原料易得。对其工艺进行了试验研究 ,并对影响产率的各种因素进行初步探讨。在选一条件下 ,产率为 6 0 . 2 %。
Sorbic Acid was synthesized through the reaction actone and crotonaldehyde.The effect of catalysts,reaction time,temperature and change ratio in the yield were studied.Under the selected condition,the yield of Sorbic acid is 60.2%.
