摘要
本控制系统硬件采用双机双工态,并用概率论证明其可靠性.系统以8031单片机为核心,由32路A/D转换、8路D/A转换、DDZ——Ⅱ执行机构和直流无级调速装置组成的DDC闭环系统.软件主要由六个回路组成,对锅炉的主要参数进行自动调节.
The DDC closed-cycle system consists of, mainly, the sirgle chip processor, as well as 32-wayA/D, 8-wayD/A, DDZ- Ⅱ executive body and DC stepless speed regulator.Dual system and duplex running are adopted for the hardware, the reliability of which is proved by poisson Probability Distribution.As for the software, its chief part is made of the six cycles which are used to regulate automatically the boiler's parameters.
