摘要
为改造现有计量设备,扩大微机应用范围,以提高旧设备的功能和效率,因此我们将上海机床厂生产的HYQ-14型圆度仪配置微机采集和数据处理系统,采用12位A/D转换器.并用最小二乘圆法和最小区域圆法评定圆度误差值,圆度误差的图形可以在屏幕上显示,也可以用四色的绘图机绘制.求最小区域圆法的圆心我们探索了一种较简便的、搜索速度较快的、精度较高的方法,在一般微机上512个采样点求圆度误差仅1~2分钟左右.经用2.3μm圆度的样板在仪器上实测结果为2.3±0.16μm,说明系统是良好的.
The HyG-14 Roundness Measuring Instrument, produced by Shanghai Machinery Factory, is fitted with a microcomputer and data processing system assembled a 12-bit A/D transformer. The roundness is evaluted with both least square circle and least area circle methods.The error figure may be shown on, the screen or drawn by the four colour drawing machine.The centre of the least area circle is easily obtained and of high precision,and the searching speed is with in 2 minutes when taking Samples of 512 points on the microcomputer.The measure result gained from roundness templet of 2.3 μm is 2.3 ±0.16μm. It shows the system is successful.
