13例糖尿病性肾病的早期病理变化

Diabetic Glomerulosclerosis——A Light Microscopic,Immunofluorescence and Electron Microscopic Study

本文报告了13例糖尿病病人肾穿刺活组织的光镜、免疫荧光及电镜的病理观察。这些病人的肾脏变化均为弥漫性糖尿病性肾小球性硬化,病变特点为肾小球系膜基质增多及肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚,有的伴有系膜细胞增生。对13例中7例的电子致密物沉积和11例免疫球蛋白阳性的性质进行了讨论。

Renal biopsies in 13 cases of diabetes mellitus were studied with light microscope, immunofluorescence technique and electron microscope. The early changes of the kindey in diabetes mellitus were proliferation of mesangial matrix and thickening of the glomerular besement membrane. Some were associated with proliferation of mesangial cells. The nature of the clectron-dense deposite and immunoflourencence positive material deposited in the glomeruli seen in 7 cases and 11 cases respectively was discussed.
