锅炉房灰水处理系统浅析

摘要 吐哈油田哈密基地1#锅炉房灰水处理系统,原设计回用水水质差,影响除尘效果,供水能力难以满足除尘冲灰用水需要。改用新设计、新工艺,改造后的灰水处理系统经过运行,灰水分离器出水悬浮物含量<50mg/L,除尘器除尘效果明显提高。 There are some drawbacks in the old ash wastewater treatment system at No.1 boiler room of Hami base in Tuha oilfield, including inferior quality of circulated water affecting the efficiency of dust removal, and water supply shortage hardly meeting the requirement to remove the dust and ash. Operation result of upgraded ash wastewater treatment system with new structure and process shows that the suspended solid content of water from separator is less than 50mg/L, dust removal efficiency of dust catcher is improved obviously.
