摘要 文章就新型拟胆碱药6β-乙酰氧基去甲托烷(6β-AN)对正常成年小鼠主动逃避和被动回避学习记忆操作成绩的影响作出评价,并与经典的益智药毒扁豆碱(Physostigmine、Phys)相比较,得出6β-AN系-中枢作用强,改善实验性操作行为效应明显,且未发现明显毒性反应的新型拟胆碱药物。 Laboratory and clinical investigations have indicated that central cholinergic system is implicated in the modulation of learning and memory processes in animals and men. This study reported the effects of 6β-acetoxynortropane (6β-AN) on the active and passive avoidanoe performances in normal adult mice as compared with those of physostigmine (phy). It is indicated that 6β-AN is a strong central cholinergic agent and its effects in improving the learning and memory is better than those of Phy. It was devoid of obvious side effects or toxic reactions in the doses experimented.
