摘要
本文通过5例婴幼儿全身性巨细胞包涵体病(CID)尸体解剖切片的观察和对其中1例食道作了免疫组化染色,发现各例血管内外均可见CMV感染细胞(CIC),从而论证了一般所谓CMV血行播散实质上包含着血管内播散和血管外播散两个过程,对血管内皮细胞在CMV血行播散中的作用进行了讨论,从CMV感染的内皮细胞(CIEC)和腔内游离感染CMV细胞(FCIC)都对UEA-1呈阳性反应而对LCA,AAT,AACT,LYS……等一系列的单核-吞噬细胞单抗呈阴性反应,从而论证了FCIC系来自脱落的CIEC。
The sections of 5 autopsied cases of neonatal cytomegalic inclusion body disease (CID) were studied by light microscopy and an esophageal specimen of one case was observed by immunohistochemical staining. The results indicated that: (1) Both intra-and extra-vascular distributions of CMV-infected cells (CIC) in various organs were observed; (2) This status of distribution reflected the fact that the CMV disseminating process consisted of both intra-and extravascular routes; (3) The CMV-infected endothelial cell (CIEC) was evi- denced to play an important role in the process of dissemination; (4) As both the CIEC and the free CMV-infected cells (FCIC) within the vessel were positivefor UEA-1 and negative for a panel of monoclonal antibody markers of monocyte/macrophage (LCA, AAT, AACT, LYS, Mac (CD68), Mac 387), so the CIEC detached into the lumen were actually the source of the FCIC.
