冷却泵站PLC控制系统的研究试验

摘要 为提高泵站的综合经济效益,系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为主控器,以冷却水的温度作为反馈信号,组成一个由水温反馈的实时调节水泵流量的控制系统,达到节能和自动控制双重目的。 For the improvement of composite economic results of pump station, the electronic control technique is adopted and the automated management is carried out in this system on the basis of saving energy and cutting down consumption. In this system, with the programmable logic controller used as a master controller and the temperature of the cooling water as feedback signal, an intelligence management system is formed with real-time regulating pump flow reflected by the water temperature for the dual purposes of energy-saving and automatic control.
