摘要
弓形虫是一种细胞内寄生虫,妊娠期感染对胎儿可产生多种不良后果。文章收集正常早孕103例及异常生育史妇女368例,分别采用间接血凝试验(IHA),间接荧光抗体试验(IFA)测定,正常早孕组IHA阳性占5.8%;异常生育史组为33.9%。另外对33例不良分娩史孕妇作DNA杂交试验,7例阳性。100例作酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA-IgM),2例阳性。研究资料表明具早期诊断的价值,故早孕期作弓形虫感染血清学筛查,对优生工作有重要意义。
Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular protozoan parasite. It may result in serious harmfulness if infected during the first trimester. 103 cases of normal early pregnancy with in the first trimester and 368 women with a history of abnormal pregnancy were surveyed for indirect haemagglutation (IHA) and inditect immunofluore scence assay (IFA). Results revealed 5.8% of the normal early pregnancy group and 33.9% of the other group were IHA positive. Seven of 33 cases of with history of abnormal parturition were found to be positive by DNA hybridization test, and 2 of 100 cases positive by ELISA-IgM. The data showed that these methods are highly valuable in the early diagnosis of toxoplasmosis. So serological screening of toxoplasma infection during the first trimester of pregnancy will be of great significance in eugenics.
