摘要
介绍了温州电厂二期工程碎煤机隔振基础的设计方案、动力学计算模型及其计算结果 .对初步设计方案在室内进行了几何比尺为 1∶8的模型试验 ,验证了计算模型及其计算结果的可靠性 ,从而说明碎煤机隔振基础在扰力作用下的振动位移在规范允许的范围内 .此外 ,模型试验结果还说明隔振基础具有高的主动隔振效率 。
This paper represents the design program, dynamical calculation model and calculation results of the coalbreaker's vibrating\|insulation foundation in the phase 2 project of Wenzhou power plant.A model test, which is based on the primary design program, with a geometrical scale of 1∶8, is made. The results obtained from the above test verify that the calculation model and the calculation results are correct and show that the displacement of the coalbreaker's vibrating\|insulation foundation caused by the vibration is within the range of the criterion. Furthermore, the test results also show that the vibrating\|insulation foundation has high positive vibrating \|insulation efficiency, then the sub\|structure could be designed by the static analysis. \;
