二十一世纪成人高等教育发展战略的几点思考

Reflection on development strategy of higher education of adults in the 21st century

我国成人高等教育的发展 ,不仅为社会主义现代化建设培养和输送了大批急需的人才 ,而且推动了整个高等教育体系改革 ,促进了人们教育观念改变 ,受到了国家的重视和社会各界的认同。但仍存在着不少缺陷 ,随着改革的逐步深化 ,又遇到了许多新问题 ,面临更为严峻的挑战和考验。如何进一步发展成人高等教育 ,成为成人高教工作者面临的一项重大课题。笔者从分析成人高教的现状入手 。

China's higher education of adults has not only trained and carried a great number of urgent needed qualified personnel, but also promoted the reformation of the whole system of higher education of adults and the changes of people's educational notions. So it is greatly valued by the country and approved by all walks of life. However, with the deepening of reformation, new problems appear, which makes a severe challenge and test to higher education of adults. How to make further development of higher education of adults is an important question for study to these educational workers. The author analyses the present situation of higher education of adults and puts forward some ideas for further development. \;
