Effects of Innovative Thinking on Introduction of New Technology

从介入放射学技术的引进创新过程 ,论述了创新思维在新技术引进中的重要作用。提出要处理好引进技术与创新发展的关系 ,必须坚持以“病人为中心”,以提高医疗水平为目的 ,以技术创新和知识创新为重点 ,形成引进促创新 ,创新促发展的局面 ,达到“引进一项先进技术 ,开发系列研究成果 ,促进多个专业发展 ,提高医院整体实力”的良好效果。

Proceeding from the innovative process of introducing intervention radiology technique,this article deals with the important effects of innovative thinking on the introduction of new technology, holding that the relationship between introduction of technology and development of innovation must be well handled; patients must be taken as the center of work. With improving medical treatment as the purpose, innovation of technology and knowledge as the key link, we should bring about a situation of introduction promoting innovation and innovation promoting development,and achieve the good results of “introducing an item of advanced technology, developing a series of research fruits, promoting development of various specialties and improving the actual strength of the whole hospital”.
