医院病人住院时间分布规律

Regular Distribution Pattern of Patients' Hospitalization Time

为探讨医院病人住院时间分布规律 ,以 3年同期病人住院时间频数分布规律为切入点进行研究。结果出院病人住院时间频数为偏态分布 ,大部分出院病人的住院时间集中在 2～ 3周 ;由于专科疾病住院时间差异显著 ,其专科出院病人构成的变化对医院总体平均住院日有一定影响 :术前平均住院日与出院者平均住院日呈正相关关系 ,而门诊平均待床日与出院病人平均住院日无相关关系。为医院管理提供了真实的启示。

In order to probe into the regular pattern, a study was done on the distribution of patients' hospitalization time frequency at the same period during three years. It was found that there was a slanting distribution of discharged patients' hospitalization time frequency and the hospitalization time of most of these discharged patients was concentrated between 2～3 weeks. As the hospitalization time of patients with special diseases was remarkably different from each other and the variation of their composition had certain effects on the total hospitalization days, the average hospitalization days before operation were directly proportional to those of the discharged patients but the average wait for bed days of the outpatients were not correlated to the average hospitalization days of the discharged patients.
