摘要
围绕以“病人为中心”的医疗服务宗旨,探索医院质量管理新模式,逐步达到“保质降耗,双向监测”的管理目标。采用近3年的具体统计数据对比分析,说明医院实行这一新的管理模式取得的管理成效。
Based on the 'patient-centered' principle, the hospital explored new models of hospital quality management in order to achieve the goal of 'ensure quality and reduce cost, carry out two-way supervision '. Analysis is carried out by making use of statistic data in the pastthree years. Research findings lived up to expectations.
