病种病例分型实验分析研究

Analysis of Case Classification Experiments

目的：对病例分型方法进行实验研究。方法：①病例按病情分型；②再依第一诊断ＩＣＤ－９三位数类目编码；③进行病种病例组合。结果：合理解释单位质量共性问题；合理剖析个性问题的主要原因；深化病种质量、效率、效益规范管理；将病例费用合理评价纳入病例医疗质量评价体系。结论：病例分型方法科学、简便、易行，可以在医院推广应用，为医院医疗质量评价奠定了基础。

Objective: To carry out research on case classification. Methods: ① To classify illnesses according to their state;② To encode them into 3─digit category according to first diagnosis; ③ To make combinations according to their types and classifications. Results: To offer reasonable explanations about the common features of unit quality; To offer analysis about the cause of individual cases; To deepen regulation of quality, efficiency, and benefit; To incorporate rational assessment of medical cost into the evaluation system of case quality control. Conclusion: The case classification methodology, which is scientific and convenient, could be applied in military hospitals, and used as a foundation for evaluating hospital quality control.
