本文阐述了军队疗养院长期以来在“医院→宾馆”模式中徘徊的问题，分析了体能服务与智能服务、临床医疗服务与疗养特色治疗服务的地位与作用。提出了新时期军队疗养院要确立“立足主业、依托医疗、多功能开拓、促进疗养事业发展”的服务功能模式。

The article pointed out the existing problem of sanatoriums, which is a vacillating 'hospital→hotel' pattern, and analyzed the status and functions of physical service and intelligence service, clinical medical service and recuperative treatment service. Then the author set forth his service mode of developing military sanatoriums on the basis of 'upholding the main services, relying on medical treatment, cultivating multi-functional services, and promoting recuperative business'.
