Hygienic Management in Military Hospitals

军队医院在现有条件下，要以有限的经费最大限度地满足广大官兵的医疗需求，健全卫生经济管理组织、完善医疗成本核算、实行财务收支两条线、严格控制物资流通环节、并借助外力，内涵发展，开拓创新，形成良性循环。

Under the existing conditions,military hospitals should meet the demands of military officers and soldiers in a maximum degree. Hygienic management mechanism should be set up, cost assessment and financial balance should be improved, and strict control should be implemented with regard to material flow, thus forming a positive cycle of hospital administration.
