摘要
论述了病种医疗质量管理及相关研究的重要意义，阐明了病种医疗质量管理的基本原则。着重从４个方面介绍了病种医疗质量控制的最新研究成果；①病种质量评价；②病种医疗质量影响因素的研究；③按病种定额预付医疗费用的研究；④病例组合及按其定义构建的组合方案的研究和应用。
The article discussed the practice and significance of medical quality management of cases. It also introduced the latest developments; ① research on case quality evaluation; ② factors influencing case quality; ③ research on advance payment of medical cost by categorizing cases; and ④ research and application of case grouping and structuring.
