摘要
探讨医院病种质量费用管理和规范医疗行为管理。方法；①病例按标准分型；②按第一诊断相同的病例归类；③同型病例为同组。
Case combination is the basis for evaluating medical quality. Its objective is to manage the quality cost of cases and regulate medical behavior. Its methodology is: ①to categorize cases according to standard; ②to classify similar cases according to the first diagnosis 1 and ③to group similar types of cases.
