摘要
本文就后勤保障要不要再投入,投入多少能产生最大的间接效益问题进行了探讨。用最优指标法进行分析得出最佳投入额度百分比为25%左右,并在理论上总结出后勤保障投入必须坚持的四条原则,即:保障医教研原则、间接效益原则、军事社会效益原则、“拴心留人原则。”
The article explored such questions as whether or not to invest in logistics development, and how much to be invested to yield maximum indirect efficiency. The article analyzed and concluded the best ratio would be 25 per cent. The article further pointed out four principles to be observed: guarantee of medicine, teaching, and research; indirect efficiency; military social efficiency; and maintaining medical talents.
