摘要
以４４３名满任期的技术干部为研究对象，参考兄弟单位经验并结合我院实际，制定了指标体系，确定了方法，编制了软件。实践证明：指标体系总体合理，可操作性较好；但民主测评指标实施时应增加控制条件或适当调整。整个指标体系尚不够完善。
Take 443 technical staff as subjects, and combine the hospital practice with experience of other units, an evaluation system was designed, methods were determined, and software was developed. The implementation proved the feasibility of the system, but in future evaluations, some modifications should be effected.
