摘要
军队小医院以全军医院 2 5 %的编制床位 ,承担了全军 38%的体系医疗保障任务 ,功不可没。总体上看 ,小医院床位少、人员少、经费少、任务重、压力大、矛盾多 ;加之面临复杂多变的市场环境 ,其竞争压力越来越大。为维护部队战斗力 ,实现卫勤保障有力 ,“十五”期间小医院必须谋求更大更快地发展。为此 ,要进一步坚定加快发展的信心和决心 ,牢牢把握正确的办院方向 ,精心谋划好发展蓝图 ,坚持走质量建设、内涵发展之路 ,努力提高现代化管理水平 ,脚踏实地、一步一个脚印地把宏伟的目标变成美好的现实。
With 25% authorized beds of the PLA, small hospitals undertake 38% medical task of the army. The contribution is very great. As a whole, with fewer beds and personnel, less outlay, more assignment, more pressure and contradiction, facing the complex and changeable market emironment, small hospitals are under severer and severer competitive pressure. To maintain the battle effectiveness of the army and the power of the military medical service, small hospitals should try for more rapid and greater development in the tenth 5 years.The small hospitals should depend more on themselves to strengthen their resolve to develop fast, design the developing blueprint carefully, hold the right direction of building hospitals firmly, pay more attention to improve the quality and develop connotatively, improve the modern management level, be earnest and down to earth to turn the grandiose goal into reality.
