摘要
本文介绍了以精神神经科为主的综合性驻军医院发展的经验 ;依靠“特色专科”腾飞 ;培养“特殊人才”群体 ;实现“特色成果”转化 ;实施“特色服务”工程。
This article introduces the experience in development of general station hospital with psycho neurology as its main department. They depended on “the characteristic specialized subject” lift off; they cultured “special person with ability ”; they realized the transformation of “the characteristic production”; and they put into practice the engineering of“the special service”.
