摘要
本文就医院如何提高适应医保能力 ,增强竞争力问题 ,从加强医疗质量管理入手 ,研究新形势下医院管理的“难点”和“热点”。强调亟待树立个案质量观念 ,实现医疗质量管理的转化 ;树立成本质量观念 ,实现由软指标向硬指标的转化 ;树立医疗文书质量观念 ,实现临床动态分析的转化 ;树立整体质量结构 ,实现以人为本的转变。迎接挑战 ,抓住机遇 ,使医院永葆活力。
In view of the forthcoming reforms of medical insurance system, the present paper discusses how to enhance hospitals' adaptability to the new system and how to heighten their competitiveness in the medical market by improving medical quality management. It also studied some difficulties and hot spots in the hospital management under the new situation, laying stress on the transformation of four conceptions in order for the hospitals to meet the challenge, seize the opportunity and maintain their vitality.
