摘要
医疗纠纷处理中 ,医患双方对处理结果分歧增大是由于相关法律、法规对同一事物在认识和定性上的不对等性所形成的。提请有关部门在新的医事法规立法过程中 ,应注意与其他法规尽可能的衔接、对等。
In the disposal of medical disputes, the cause of divergence escalation of the outcomes between the hospitals and patients is that related laws and regulations have inconformity to identical case in recongnition and mature determination. This problem is a damage to the gravity of law and the image of the goverment. Therefore, we propose that the legislation of new medical laws and regulations should be conformed with other ralated laws.
