摘要
通过现场调查和表达偏好法的开放式问题法,研究军队职工的基本医疗支付意愿及其影响因素,建立了军队职工基本医疗支付意愿的数学模型。研究结果表明,军队职工具有较强的支付意愿,其基本医疗支付意愿占个人总收入的4%左右,可以适当增加职工个人的缴费比例,建立军队职工基本医疗保险制度。
Focused on the willingness to pay and other factors influencing it by expressed-preference approach and opening question, by visiting or questionnaire. The math model of willingness to pay of basic health care cost was established. The result showed that the amount they were willing to pay was about 4 per cent of their total income. Therefore , we can appropriately increase the portion they pay and establish the health care insurance system for the non-military staffs who works in the army.
