In order to catch up with the new situation, the leaders of the hospital should change the way they think and be well-prepared in mind. Better environment should be created for stuffs to make full use of their ability. More attention should be paid to the key discipline and technology improvement, and ef- forts should be made to promote the information technology any advanced technology. Thus to put forward the development in a all around way, and to increase the competing ability of our hospital.
