China s Occupational Health in the Transition ofthe Century

简要地回顾了现代职业卫生的进步历程并展望了今后的发展趋势。依据近年职业病统计报告数据 ,分析了 90年代中国职业卫生工作的特点与问题。结合当前中国经济、社会现状 ,分析了 2 1世纪中国职业卫生所面临的挑战 ,提出了加强法制建设、建立三方协调机制、推行 OHSMS、发挥工伤保险预防作用和推广企业安全卫生文化等建议。

Progressive history ofmodern occupationalhealth wasbriefly reviewed and its develop ing trend wasprospectively expounded.Based on the analysis ofthe currentstatistics ofoc cupationaldiseases and thesocial-economicalsituation in China,thecharacteristics and ex isting problems ofoccupationalhealth in lastdecade and challenges facing the new century were explored.The authorsuggested thatthefuture work should focused on reinforcing the legislation,establishing tripartite coordination system,implementing OMSMS,giving full play to the preventive role ofoccupationalinjury insurance and spreading safety and health culture in enterprises,etc.
