Nuclear Safety——Its Past and Perspective

评述了 2 0世纪的核安全 ,总结了其特征和发展方向及困难。核能在为人类社会作出巨大贡献的同时也对人类安全造成几次重大冲击 ;面对国际性的风险与挑战 ,国际社会间加强合作 ,逐步形成了核安全国际管理体制 ,有效地促进了全世界核安全水准的提高 ;回顾了我国核工业发展的历程并论述了我国核安全的现状 ;最后对 2 1世纪的核安全作了展望。

Nuclear safety in the past century is reviewed.Nuclear energy has made great contribution to the human society, while it also exerts great impacts to human safety. Facing with international risk and challenge, the cooperation of international communtities efficiently promotes the upgrade of the level of nuclear safety all over the world, by which an international management system for nuclear safety has gradually been formed. The status of nuclear safety in Chnia is reviewed, and its persperctive in the new century is made.
