Investigation on Science and Technology of Mine Safety and Health in UK and Use for Reference

系统地介绍了英国矿山安全卫生科学技术的先进经验和有效措施 ;重点考察了英国国家立法、政府监察、行业管理、工会监督的矿山安全卫生管理经验 ;并研究和分析了煤矿、粉尘监测的具体办法 ;同时结合我国国情 ,提出借鉴英国经验的几点建议。

Advanced experiences and efficient measures of science and technology of occupational safety and health in mines of UK are systematically introduced. The experiences of the safety and health management in mine, including national legislation, governmental supervision, industrial management and inspection by trade union are emphatically investigated. The monitoring methods used in coal mining and dust measurement are studied and analyzed. Some suggestions are made with reference to UKs experiences according to realistic situation in China.
