加入WTO——加强产学研结合的契机

China's WTO Entry:A Turning Point of Cooperation of Industry, University and Research Institute

中国加入WTO后,企业必然面对更加激烈的国际竞争,随着知识经济时代的到来,国际竞争的比较优势主要体现在科技竞争优势上。文章分析了入世后中国企业面临关税和非关税保护减弱、国际市场拓展、与发达国家未来高科技竞争、知识产权保护加强等压力和动力,为了取得竞争的科技优势,则应当改革科研体制,重要一点是加强产学研结合。

The Chinese enterpnises bound to confront keener international competitions after China's entry into WTO. With the arrival of knowledge economy, the comparative advantage of international competitions is embodied in the scientific and technological competition. This paper analyses the pressure and motivation brought about by the decline of tariffs protection and non- tariffs protection, the expansion of international market, the competition with the high - tech of developed countries, the strengthening of intellctual property rights protection. In order to win the competitions, industry, university and research institute should cooperate as far as scientific research system reform concerned.
