福利经济学与社会主义若干问题的比较分析

A Comparative Analysis on Welfare Economics and Some Problems of Socialism

福利经济学向来被看作是资产阶级的经济学说,其合理内核也长期被漠然置之。本文就福利经济学与社会主义精神文明、社会主义根本任务、社会主义本质等问题进行了比较分析,认为福利经济学的一些合理内容与社会主义初级阶段的若干主张及其相似,提出了福利经济学可以为我所用,为社会主义服务的说法。

As welfare economics is usually regarded as a kind of bourgeoisies economics, its resonable core also has been looked on with unconcern for a long time. This paper focuses on the comparative analysis on welfare economics and socialism spiritual civilization, cardinal task of socialism and the nature of socialism. And it proposes that welfare economics can be utilized for socialism, for it finds that some rational contents of welfare economics are extremly similar to some certain policies of socialism during elementary period of socialism.
