社区服务消费的发展对一国经济增长和增加就业,提高人民生活水准、建立合理消费结构发挥着最重要的、不可替代的作用。社会转型时期培育与发展我国社区服务消费,其目的在于更好地转变政府职能、增加就业、扩大内需、增加劳动者余暇时间,建立符合我国国情的消费结构。

The district service consumption plays an important and irreplaceable in developing the economy, increasing the employment, improving the life standard and establishing the resonable consumption structure for one country. Especially during the society changing, to cultivate and develop the district service consumption aims at helping to change the functions of our government, to increase the employment, to expand the inner- need, to provide the employers more sparetime and consquently to establish the proper consumption structure suitable for our current national conditions.
