摘要
从寻租理论出发 ,探讨和分析了我国政府投资项目中的创租和寻租现象及其形成机制 。
From economics of rent-seeking, rent-creating and rent-seeking including their formation mechanism in the flelds invested by government is discussed and analysed in the article, furthermore, the ways to take precautions against and control of them are also under consideration.
