摘要
该文描述了中国形成医疗服务集团的经济、技术和人口学原因。医院间合作、合并、兼并和连锁经营是组成集团医院的几种主要形式。连锁经营又可分为垂直及水平联合一体化，并对集团医院的利和弊进行了分析，文章指出今后对集团医院的经营方式、财务管理以及兼并后的效果还有待于进一步的监测和评价。
The paper describes the underlying economic, technologic and demographic reasons for establishing multihospital and hospital alliance in China. Cooperation, consolidation, merger and chain operation are main patterns of medical services corporation. Integrated delivery systems include vertical and horizontal integration. The advantages and disadvantages of integration are also dis- cussed. The author highlights in particular that the importance on monitoring and evaluation of the operation, financial management and the effect of mergers in the long term.
