该文分析了目前我国在发展社区卫生服务中存在的问题 ,运用卫生经济分析中“控制阀门”的概念 ,具体分析了社区卫生服务的筹资、支付、组织、规制和社会营销等策略问题 ,并提出了相应的备选方案。

This paper analyzed the problem which lies in developing community health service at present in our country. The strategy problem such as financing, payment, organization, regulation and social marketing using the concept of “control knots” in health economic analysis and put forward relevant selective program.
