摘要
面对着中国即将加入 WTO,根据我国工程承包现状,指出承包商应树立索赔意识,积极寻找索赔机会,加强索赔管理。
China will be faced with joining the WTO,according to the present status of engineering contract in our country ,this paper indicates that the contractor should set sense of claims,actively look for the chance of claims and reinforce management of claims.
