从市场用人机制变化的角度,论述了课程体系改革的重要性与必要性,分析了课程体系改革与市场需求之间的内在联系,提出机械类课程体系改革的层次可扩充模型,并给出该模型的实施方案。
In this paper,the significance of the reform on course system is discussed from the view air employ persons in the market.The relationships betweem the reform and market requirements are analyzed to put forward the expansible layer model and its implementation project.
