摘要
以西部大开发为契机 ,加强西部成人高等教育的自身实力 ,必须从教育行政管理体制、教学管理体制等方面规范管理 ,优化资源配置 ,同时要“苦练内功”。
From the aspects of educational administrative management system and teaching management system,the article is to discuss a few problems which nowadays exist in the western adult higher education,and to put forward some basic proposals as well as a few useful countermeasures.The author suggests to make full use of good appertanities and reinforce the strength of western adult higher during the period of west great development.
